Isle Of Wight Biltong

The Greeff family were pioneers in Africa and learnt how to make biltong to survive. Nick Greeff grew up on the family ranch in Zimbabwe and learnt from his Oupa (grandfather) the art of making tasty biltong. This recipe won the Great Taste Two Star award. He loved making and eating it while working in Safaris in Zimbabwe and Zambia. The entrepreneurial family spirit continued after falling in love with Sarah, he moved to her home on the Isle of Wight to start their own business making Greeff’s biltong from British beef in 2011.
